Last updated: 4 November 2025

At Kabilo, we are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across every area of our business.
We believe that every employee, client, and subcontractor deserves to be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.

1. Our Commitment

We recognise and value the diversity of the communities in which we operate and the people we employ.
Our goal is to maintain a working environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, or victimisation, and that actively encourages equality of opportunity.

We are committed to:

  • Treating everyone fairly, regardless of age, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, belief, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, or disability;

  • Providing equal access to employment, training, and career progression opportunities;

  • Ensuring recruitment and selection are based solely on merit, skills, and capability;

  • Fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All employees, contractors, and subcontractors working on behalf of Kabilo;

  • All aspects of employment including recruitment, pay, training, development, and working conditions;

  • All interactions with clients, suppliers, and the public.

3. Responsibilities

  • Management is responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy and for promoting equality within the workplace.

  • All employees and subcontractors are expected to uphold and support our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action or termination of contract.

4. Continuous Improvement

We regularly review this policy and monitor our practices to ensure they remain effective and compliant with current UK legislation, including:

  • The Equality Act 2010

  • The Human Rights Act 1998

Feedback from employees, clients, and partners is always welcomed and used to help improve our approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
