These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Kabilo (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides construction, refurbishment, and maintenance services to clients (“you”, “your”).
By engaging our services, requesting a quotation, or entering into a contract with us, you agree to these Terms.

We operate as a construction and property services company in the United Kingdom.
2. Quotations and Estimates
All quotations and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Estimates are based on the information provided and may change if project scope, materials, or conditions vary.
Any additional work, variations, or unforeseen costs (e.g., structural issues, hidden defects, regulatory changes) will be quoted separately and require written approval before proceeding.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required before work commences to secure labour and materials.
Stage payments will be invoiced according to agreed milestones or timelines.
All invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Project Timelines
We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed completion dates.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, supply issues, third parties, or other factors beyond our control.
Any changes to timelines will be communicated promptly.
5. Materials and Workmanship
All materials used will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We reserve the right to substitute equivalent materials if specified items are unavailable, ensuring equal or superior quality.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Access and Responsibilities
You must provide reasonable access to the property and necessary utilities (e.g., electricity, water, WC facilities) during working hours.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, licences, or approvals (e.g., planning, party wall, landlord consent) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Health & Safety and Insurance
We comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all relevant regulations.
We maintain appropriate insurance cover, including Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million.
Copies of insurance certificates can be provided upon request.
8. Cancellation or Termination
Either party may cancel the project prior to commencement by written notice.
If you cancel after work has started, you will be liable for costs incurred to date, including materials, labour, and administration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if invoices remain unpaid or site conditions are unsafe.
9. Warranties and Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying defective work or replacing faulty materials supplied by us.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, or delays beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Complaints
We aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service:

If the matter cannot be resolved, you may refer it to an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or relevant trade association, if applicable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
